The Exhibition VIETNAMESE CULTURE SPACE 2014
The exhibition ‘ Vietnamese Cultural Space’ displays approximately 300 items introducing Vietnamese culture to Sweden and its people. The items include unique Vietnamese made handicrafts such as Bat Trang ceramics, embroideries, lacquer, Dong My crimson painted and gilded furniture, traditional costumes of Vietnamese ethnic groups won by pretty dolls, silk, scarves made in Van Phuc in Ha Dong, one of the most famous silk, villages in the country.
On the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the diplomatic relationship between Vietnam and Sweden in celebration of Vietnam ’s national day on 2nd September 2014, the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism and the Vietnamese Embassy in Sweden jointly organize the exhibition ‘ Vietnamese Cultural Space’ in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a meaningful and practical cultural event helping to promote cultural, tourism, economic and trading exchanges between two countries and bring the traditional cooperative and friendly bilateral ties to a new height.
